Tokubetsu junmai brewed from Ginotome (ぎのとめ) rice polished to 55%, aged in the brewery before release as a kuragakoi (warehouse-aged) style. Made in Morioka, Iwate using the regional water source and Nanbu toji techniques, with a dry, clean flavor built for food pairing.
