Junmai daiginjo from Niigata Prefecture brewed with Koshi Tanrei rice polished to 50%, labeled under the Echigo name. Koshi Tanrei, developed exclusively for Niigata brewing, produces the soft, full body and clean finish central to the tanrei style at the daiginjo polish level.
