The inaugural vintage of SAKAEMASU's junmai daiginjo tier, brewed from single-harvest Gohyakumangoku milled to 40% at Shimizuya Shuzo in Gunma. Bottled as unfiltered raw sake in a cork-sealed Burgundy-style bottle, it presents bright gold color, condensed rice umami, fresh acidity, and notable aging potential.
