Gohyakumangoku milled to 55%, representing the 2nd release year of this vintage-dated junmai from Gunma. Bottled in Burgundy-style cork-sealed bottles from a single year's harvest, it shows grape-like fruity aromas fresh and develops pronounced rice umami with rich mouthfeel and a mild finish through aging.
