Ruri Daiginjo is a daiginjo from Takemura Brewery in Ibaraki. Named after the deep blue lapis (ruri) gemstone, this premium daiginjo represents the brewery's finest expression from the fertile Tone River plain of Ibaraki, one of Kanto's historically important sake-producing regions.
