Brewed entirely from Hokkaido-grown sake rice polished to 40%, this daiginjo from Asahikawa draws on snowmelt springwater from the Daisetsuzan mountain range. Fruity ginjo aromas emerge from the quiet, soft palate, finishing cleanly with refined sweetness.
