Made with the prized Aiyama sake rice and pure Taisetsu mountain snowmelt, it bursts with youthful energy—lively carbonation, vivid fruit notes, and a vibrant freshness only found in season. Best consumed as fresh as possible.

메이지 10년(1877년) 창업 이래 정직하게 양조 원칙을 지켜온 양조장으로, 143주년을 맞아 기후현 나카쓰가와시에서 홋카이도 히가시카와초로 양조 장소를 이전하였다. 장소가 바뀌어도 양조에 임하는 자세는 변하지 않는다.
