Masumasuhanjo Ginjo is produced by Nishioka-Kawamura Shuzo in Fukui, drawing on the region's clear snowmelt groundwater used throughout the brewery's lineup. A ginjo-class sake, it represents the brewery's mid-tier aromatic offering alongside its Shinriki series.
