1844년(고사 원년) 쓰를 본거지로 하고 이가에 양조장을 설립했습니다. 술 명칭 '오키나'는 풍작과 국가 안녕, 장수와 번영을 기원하며 신을 맞이하는 사케라는 뜻으로 붙여진 이름입니다. 이가의 연수를 사용해 이가산 쌀로 사케를 빚습니다.
