Kigenyoshi Daiginjo Kissui is a premium daiginjo from the Kigenyoshi brewery, whose name means in good humor or in good spirits, reflecting a sake meant to elevate the mood. Kissui, meaning pure and authentic, indicates the use of exceptionally clean water and carefully selected rice polished to the daiginjo level of below 50%. The result is a highly refined, aromatic sake with a delicate floral character typical of the daiginjo class.
