This tokubetsu junmai from Kamihei Shuzo in Tono, Iwate belongs to a series of handcrafted sake made in small batches with carefully selected ingredients. The brewery, the only remaining sake producer in Tono, uses soft subterranean water from the Rokkoushi mountain system in all its brewing.
