
A honjozo brewed under the Kuromatsuhakushika label and held as a namacho (long-term cold-stored) sake before release, polished to 70%. The cold storage process tempers the sake's freshness into a more integrated, smooth honjozo character underpinned by Nada's Miyamizu water.
