Named for the poet Soma Gyofu, a native of Itoigawa where the brewery is based, this sake from Tahara Shuzo in Niigata's Itoigawa city is brewed with soft snowmelt water. It offers a gentle aroma and soft mouthfeel in a slightly dry style.
