Harunomine Namagenshu is an unpasteurized, undiluted sake using Tama Sakae polished to 60% from Tanaka Shuzo in Shiga's Koka region. Brewed by the fifth-generation sole proprietor-toji from locally grown Koka-Tama Sakae and the brewery's own spring water flowing since its 1911 founding, this nama genshu delivers the unprocessed concentration of Shiga's mountain water and locally contracted rice.
