Polished to 65%, this honjozo from Nambu Sake Brewery in Fukui Prefecture is brewed with the celebrated Oshimizu spring water of Ono City, recognized as one of Japan's great water sources. Clean, soft, and well-balanced, it expresses the light-handed, food-friendly style that characterizes Hanagaki across its lineup, and has won gold at the National Kanshu Contest.

교호 18년(1733년) 초대 시치에몬 시절, 오노번의 어용 상점으로 시작하였습니다. 1901년 6대 데이조가 사케 양조를 시작하며 '하나가키' 브랜드가 탄생하였고, 7대 슈조는 전국의 유명 양조장을 방문하며 기술을 익혀 1938년 헌납주로 선정되는 성과를 거두었습니다. 현재 양조장은 오노시의 풍부한 수자원 환경에서 환경청 선정 100대 명수 중 하나인 '나마 시미즈'를 사용하며, 현지 고만고쿠, 구즈류, 고시노시즈쿠 등 최고급 쌀을 원료로 전통과 도전을 겸비한 사케 양조를 이어오고 있습니다. 양조를 시작한 지 약 120년, '보이는 범위에서 정성껏'이라는 철학 아래 양조에 임하고 있습니다.
