
A daiginjo from Wakayama's Tenchoushimamura Shuzo, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% using water from the Kinokawa River basin. Fruity ginjo aromas accompany a dry, clean palate that belies the rice's refinement, and the sake has won gold at the National New Sake Appraisal (全国新酒鑑評会).
