Description

A daiginjo from Wakayama's Tenchoushimamura Shuzo, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% using water from the Kinokawa River basin. Fruity ginjo aromas accompany a dry, clean palate that belies the rice's refinement, and the sake has won gold at the National New Sake Appraisal (全国新酒鑑評会).

와카야마현
메이지 시대에는 '세계왕', '국화' 등의 브랜드명으로 판매되었으며, 다이쇼 초기에 아스카 히토히코가 와카야마의 시마무라 가문 별장에 머물 때 공식적으로 '텐초(天長)'라는 이름이 붙여졌습니다. 약 반세기에 걸쳐 특별 허가를 받아 황실에 사케를 헌상해 온 와카야마현의 몇 안 되는 양조장 중 하나입니다. '준진(淳仁)', '구마노지(熊野路)' 등의 레이블 글씨는 쇼와 천황의 侍従長(시종장)을 지낸 이리에 스케마사가 직접 썼습니다.
