1881년 창업한 기쿠스이 슈조가 니가타 신발의 복류수로 빚는, 1972년 발매된 원조 생원주를 통으로 마무리한 혼조조입니다. 니가타현산 쌀(정미보합 70%)을 사용하여 프레시한 감칠맛에 삼나무 통에서 오는 목향이 부드럽게 겹쳐집니다.
