A junmai ginjo brewed with Aiyama rice polished to 55%, produced in Chiba's Kururi brewing district using its renowned natural spring water. The brewery hand-washes all rice and handles all processes manually; Aiyama is known for contributing a distinctive fruity depth, and this expression won a Silver Medal in the Junmai Ginjo category.
