Daiginjogenshu Kaisei uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 40%, produced undiluted as a genshu by Sasanokawa Shuzo in Koriyama, Fukushima. The brewery received five simultaneous gold prizes across national and regional sake competitions in 2006, and its 1987 daiginjo won the Monde Selection gold grand prize.
