This Junmai from Asama Shuzo uses Kairyo Shinkou rice polished to 60%, grown in the Agatsuma region of Gunma as part of the brewery's local terroir initiative. Brewed with soft water at 600 meters elevation, the sake reflects the clean, refreshing character produced by cold mountain brewing conditions.
