Tenkanishiki Junmaishu 75 is a minimally polished junmai from Fukumochi Shuzojo in Nabari, Mie, retaining 75% of the Iga Yamada Nishiki grain for fuller body and earthy rice flavor. Founded in 1875, the brewery uses only Iga-region Yamada Nishiki across its entire lineup.
