Description

Hand-drawn and bottle-filled directly from the pressing vessel, this Tokubetsu Junmai genshu captures fresh fermentation gases and a hazy shimmer from residual fine lees. Brewed at one of Kochi's oldest sake cellars using underground water fed by the Shimanto River watershed.

용수로는 지하 샘물과 시만토강 수원을 사용하며, 원료미로는 전통 농법으로 자연 재배한 야마다니시키와 시만토강 유역의 쌀을 사용합니다. 최근에는 자사 긴조 사케 제조에 집중하여 전국 신주 감평회에서 수상하고 시코쿠 사케 감평회에서도 표창을 받는 등 높은 평가를 받고 있습니다.
