Description

Kinryo Kohakutsuyu is a junmai daiginjo from Nishinokinryo in Kotohira, Kagawa, a brewery with roots going back to the Edo period as the sake of Kompira-san shrine. Concentrated and layered, it presents ripened fruit aromas and a balanced sweetness with refreshing acidity.

간세이 원년(1789년)에 창업한 긴료 사케는 에도 시대부터 '사누키의 곤피라'로 불리며 전국에서 모여든 참배객들에게 해상 수호신 곤피라 신사의 신성한 술로 사랑받아 왔습니다. 220년 이상의 역사 속에서 쌓아온 전통, 기술, 마음을 계승하며, 곤피라야마의 '엔주 물'과 900년 이상의 역사를 지닌 구하라 하치만 신사의 '오시미즈'를 원료수로 사용합니다. 지역 사누키 평야산 사누키쌀(오세토/사누키요이)을 원료로 하며, 최근에는 와인 효모와 올리브 효모 등을 활용해 저알코올 및 새콤달콤한 제품 개발에도 힘쓰고 있습니다.
