Gensui Koshu Ginjo Junenshu is a 10-year aged ginjo from Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi, Tottori, matured with Gohyakumangoku for a decade to develop deep amber color and layered complexity. Extended aging in Kurayoshi's historic brewing environment transforms the ginjo's initial delicacy into a rich, settled warmth characteristic of well-tended koshu.
