Gensui Junmai Ginjo Namachozoshu uses Tama Sakae, Tottori's local sake rice, in a fresh-preserved junmai ginjo from Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi. Nama-chozo storage maintains vibrant aromatics and lively acidity until bottling, combining the regional character of Tama Sakae with the freshness of single-pasteurization preservation.
