In 1583, the founder "Kamiya Uchiya Jin -Uemon" provided by the Kaga Hyakumangoku feudal Toshiie Maeda in order to make sake brewing exclusively for the lord. It is the beginning of Yachiya and sake brewing that moved from the country of Owari.
