在御前酒造「全能市政化」方針下,於2022年煥新升級。入口即散發出優雅華麗的香氣,以及雄町米特有的豐潤鮮味。冷飲時,能在柔和之中感受到一股清冽的骨氣。「如山」是酒藏背後山峰的名字,曾有許多文人墨客到訪。名稱源於昭和初期,與謝野晶子在此逗留時所吟誦的「青木深山山麓最熱的清晨」這首詩。
