"Shirakabe Zuzo" is a brewery with a new facility that reproduces the traditional handmade principle, and in contrast to it, the sake brewing that mostly performs most of them, and both of them, and mainly the delicate process. We manufacture mainly pure rice sake and Ginjo sake made throughout.

2001
Takara Shuzo's Nada Factory, which had produced sake at this site in Higashi-Nada Ward, Kobe since 1954, was reborn as "Shirakabegura" in November 2001.
