Ein zuckerfreier (糖質ゼロ) futsushu aus der Shochikubai-Linie, gebraut nach einer proprietären Aromaerzeugungsmethode mit Doppelhefe-Fermentation unter Verwendung von Quellwasser aus Fushimi, Kyoto. Trotz fehlender Restzucker bewahrt der Doppelhefe-Prozess einen trockenen, aber merklich aromatischen Charakter.
