Ein junmai nigorizake mit feinen Reisrückständen in Suspension, gebraut von Takara Shuzo in Kyoto bei 72 % Politur. Mit nur 10,5 % Alkohol und leichterem Körper als die meisten traditionellen nigori wurde er entwickelt, um mit einem glatten, sanft süßen Gaumen ein breiteres Publikum anzusprechen. Passt gut zu Meeresfrüchten und milden japanischen Gerichten.
