Kubota
Kubota est né en 1985 lorsqu'Asahi-Shuzo Sake Brewing, une brasserie fondée en 1830 à Nagaoka City, préfecture de Niigata, a misé son avenir sur une nouvelle direction audacieuse. Le président de quatrième génération Toru Hirasawa a repositionné l'entreprise autour d'un style tanrei karakuchi sec et vif qui est devenu emblématique du sake de Niigata et a contribué à orienter le marché national vers les variétés premium. La distribution via un réseau de revendeurs agréés sélectifs a préservé le mystère de Kubota pendant quatre décennies, en faisant l'une des marques de sake premium les plus reconnues au Japon.
