Kubota
Kubota entstand 1985, als Asahi-Shuzo Sake Brewing, eine 1830 in Nagaoka City, Präfektur Niigata, gegründete Brauerei, ihre Zukunft auf eine mutige neue Richtung setzte. Der viertgenerationige Präsident Toru Hirasawa positionierte das Unternehmen rund um einen trockenen, knackigen tanrei-karakuchi-Stil, der zum Inbegriff des Niigata-Sake wurde und den nationalen Markt in Richtung Premiumsorten verschob. Der Vertrieb über ein selektives lizenziertes Händlernetzwerk hat Kubotас Mystik über vier Jahrzehnte bewahrt und es zu einer der bekanntesten Premium-Sake-Marken in Japan gemacht.
