연혁
- 1804Founded the sake brewing business at the current location (Bunka 1). Received the name "Gozenshu" as tribute sake for the Mimasaka Katsuyama domain.

- 2007Heisei 19: Tsuji Maiko became Okayama Prefecture's first female toji (master brewer), leading the brewery's sake making.
