Blessed with the rich underwater water of the Ou Mountains, it has been located in Kami -cho, Kami -gun, which is famous for the sake of Miyagi for a long time. Using high -quality rice and water, we have inherited traditional methods (mountain abandoned and raw sashimi) for over 200 years. Aiming for a handmade sake quality, such as koji making with a koji lid, steamed rice in Koshiki, is pursued by a company that is trusted by the region, a beloved company.
