- 1985Brewing operations suspended amid declining demand for sake.
- 2010Renovated the old kura into the current brewery building and resumed in-house brewing with a Nanbu toji, launching the vintage sake brand "SAKAEMASU."
- 2011Launched the official corporate website; opened an in-house e-commerce shop that October.
- 2012Stopped hiring an outside toji; the 6th-generation head took over as brewing manager.
- 2018Discontinued the traditional special-designation (tokutei meisho) labeling and redesigned product names and labels.
- 2021Launched the new brand "KIYOMIZU" and renewed the in-house e-commerce site.
- 2024Began cross-border (international) e-commerce shipping in November.
