來自酒廠

福光屋創立於1625年（寬永2年），是金澤歷史最悠久的釀酒廠。自1960年開始契約栽培，百餘年來持續汲取加賀聖峰白山山腳的優質泉水，憑藉不斷進化的傳統釀造技藝，於2001年實現全量純米釀造。酒造自1959年開展長期熟成清酒研究，如今更積極將多年積累的米發酵技術運用於化妝品及食品開發，並通過直營店和出口活動推廣日本清酒文化。

歷史

1625

The sake brewery was founded in Ishibiki-cho, Kanazawa (Kan'ei 2).

1884

Fukumitsu Matsutaro, the 11th generation head of the brewery, was born (Meiji 17).

1949

The company was formally incorporated as Fukumitsuya Co., Ltd.

1959

Research and development into long-term matured sake began.

1985

The 13th generation Matsutaro became president of the company (Showa 60).

1996

The company launched its official website and expanded overseas exports.

2001

The brewery converted entirely to junmai (pure rice, no added alcohol) production, becoming the first brewery in Japan to do so at a scale of over 10,000 koku.
