百歲
百歲是金澤最古老的在營酒藏、創立於1625年的福光屋釀製的長期熟成酒。福光屋是日本長期熟成清酒的先驅，百歲系列定位為分別在經過10年、20年、30年陳放後達到巔峰的系列酒款，可搭配傳統清酒無法駕馭的食物。酒藏從地下150米深處汲取水源，據估算這些水從聖山白山滲濾下來需耗時約一百年，因此命名為「百年水」。
