Kajokotobuki is the representative brand of Kotobuki Toraya Shuzo, a brewery with over 300 years of history established during the Kyoho era of the Edo period in the Takase area of Yamagata Prefecture. Blessed with soft underground water from the Zao mountain range and premium sake rice, the brewery has refined its craft over three centuries, combining traditional methods with modern brewing technology. The brand has received recognition at the Tohoku Sake Reviewing Board and earned Gold Prizes at the Annual Japan Sake Awards.
