Winter-release nigorizake from Yoshinogawa in Nagaoka, Niigata, made using 100% Niigata Prefecture rice koji and the brewery's celebrated Tenka-kanrosen spring water. The unfiltered bottling retains rice solids for a creamy, velvety texture with a naturally gentle, koji-derived sweetness.
