Gokujo (supreme) daiginjo from Yoshinogawa in Nagaoka, Niigata, representing the brewery's top expression in this grade. Founded in 1548, Yoshinogawa draws on the soft mineral-balanced Tenka-kanrosen water and traditional winter cold-brewing to produce this high-grade release.
