I always want to be myself in the sake brewing of "Matsunoji". In order to be a "pine boss", it starts with local ingredients such as liquor rice grown locally and water that sucks from 120m underground. Thanks to the land of Ryuo -cho, we are carefully sake brewing so that you can feel the atmosphere of the warehouse and the spread of rural areas.
