為了充分發揮原料的優質特性,將精米比例磨至55%。原料米因產地和品種不同而各具特色,準確把握這些特點,精心管理釀製過程。以追求強勁麴力為目標,使用熊本酵母和鏡川源流水,在低溫下慢慢釀造。壓榨後存放於低溫酒罐,按出貨量分批裝瓶。這是一款兼具米的鮮味與利落餘韻的純米酒。香氣十分內斂,帶有醉鯨獨特的酸味。與料理搭配相宜,是絕佳的佐餐酒。
