Suzuka in Mie Prefecture, where our brewery is located, has long been known as Umasakezu Suzuka no Kuni because it has long been known for producing delicious sake. It has been 150 years since we founded Daikokuya Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in 1869 (Meiji 2). We are still brewing sake today. In order not to be ashamed of the "Ajishu Suzuka Country" that has been handed down over a long history, it is the destiny of sake brewers in this area to solemnly brew delicious sake.
