酒藏所在地三重縣鈴鹿,自古以「味酒鈴鹿國」之名聞名,意為出產美酒之鄉,此稱謂源自描述天照大神命令倭姬命尋訪聖地、最終定址伊勢神宮經過的古籍記載。1869年(明治二年),大黑屋清水清三郎商店創立,至今已逾150年,仍堅持釀造日本酒。秉承這片悠久歷史孕育的「味酒之國」傳統,莊重地釀製美酒,是這片土地上釀酒師應承擔的使命。
