沿革
- 1688In 1688 (Genroku 1), first-generation Shozaemon Yamashita, who served as Nanaura magistrate of the Hirado domain, began sake brewing at the current site in Sasebo, Nagasaki, by order of the domain.
- 1830In 1830 (Bunsei 13), the Honjin residence (now a prefecturally designated historic site) was extensively rebuilt at the direction of the 10th domain lord, Hiromu Matsura.
- 1954In April 1954 (Showa 29), the brewery was incorporated as Senryu Shuzo Co., Ltd.
