Honjin Natsujungin is a summer junmai ginjo using Yamada Nishiki polished to 55% from Senryu Shuzo in Nagasaki. The lighter alcohol of this summer-season release and the Yamada Nishiki base deliver a refreshing, aromatic character suited to warm Kyushu summers.
