Description

What is a sieve rice? It is rice that did not have a grade (the size of the rice is smaller than the standard), and the type is normal because it is used outside the grade. The manufacturing method is the same as Junmai sake. This liquor using the sieving of "Yamada Nishiki", which is requested to cultivate in the local Jujo -cho, is used. The sake degree +1.0 and a little mouth.
