Honjin Daiginjo Kamon is a junmai daiginjo using Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% from Senryu Shuzo in Nagasaki. Named after a family crest motif, this pure rice daiginjo from Kyushu's westernmost sake prefecture expresses the refined quality that won Senryu recognition in national competitions.
