The origin of the name comes from the first generation of the Hiroshima clan when the first generation of the Hiroshima clan is 17 years old, as a horse around the Hiroshima feudal lord in the battle of Toba Fushimi. Since its inception, we have built local sake grown in the winter of Tsuwano, which is strictly cold.
