愛媛縣
八木酒造部創業初期以棉花和醬油製造為主,建立約百年後,於1935年遷至城內水質最佳的旭町。戰時倉庫曾付之一炬,但憑藉傳統之力克服重重困難,延續至今。創始人八木春平以家鄉的「丹波屋」為起點,取名門寶劍「正宗」的鋒利之意,將品牌命名為「大和誠正宗」。
